Firs aid at Schiphol airport

 Medical assistance is available for all passengers 24/7 at Schiphol. In case you’re feeling ill, in need emergency care, or have any other questions, please visit the First Aid Post at Airport Medical Services. You can enter the medical centre from Departures 2, one level above check-in desk sixteen, or from the 2nd floor of Lounge 2 after you clear passport control. Workstations

Schiphol’s work stations are compact desks fitted with power outlets and ideal for passengers travelling with their own laptop. The Schiphol's free WiFi network is available. In addition, there are Computer Centres available 24/7 with PC's for travellers whom don't bring a laptop. They are located in Plaza (Before Security) and Lounges 1, 2, 3, Holland Boulevard and C-Pier (After Security)

Porter service

This service is available 24 hours a day, whether you arrive at or depart from Schiphol. When you travel to or from Schiphol, the porters can help you with your baggage from the taxi rank, bus station, train station or Kiss & Ride to the check-in desks in the departure halls. This service is provided by Yotelair and Mercure Hotel

YOTELAIR
It is located after security on the upper level of Lounge 2 in piers D and E, next to the food court. They have 2 shower cabins available to rent for up to 45 minutes, at a cost of € 17.50.

Mercure Hotel
It is located after security on the upper level in Lounge 3 in piers F, G and H, opposite the KLM Crown Lounge. The shower costs € 19,50 to use, and the price includes a towel and toiletries.

Meet & Assist

There will be someone to welcome your guests at Schiphol. One of Schiphol airport´s hosts will receive your visitors – either at the plane door, or with a personalised sign in the Departures or Arrivals Hall. Baby Care Lounge

The Baby Care Lounge offers private spaces where you can bathe, feed and even let your baby sleep in one of the seven bed cabins. The Baby Care Lounge is on Holland Boulevard, between Departure Lounges 2 and 3. Opening hours: 6:00 - 22:00 Note: Lounge 2 and 3 are only accessible for intercontinental passengers. Use of the Baby Care Lounge is free of charge.
